“At the end of the day, it’s your body that has to create the eggs.”
Topics Discussed:
🦩How to best prepare for IVF.
🦩Why IVF is not enough sometimes.
🦩How do you tell if you are intolerant to specific foods?
🦩Improving your egg quality.
In this episode, I dive into IVF. We can think that IVF is the end-all answer for us, but we still have to have healthy eggs for a successful IVF. That’s why I highly encourage you, even if you are going for IVF to really hone in on changing your diet and getting yourself to the healthiest state possible. This can take some time, and while I know we are usually extremely anxious to get started on IVF, it’s better sometimes to give ourselves some time to get healthy before jumping into it. I recommend at least three months of lifestyle and diet changes before going in for IVF.
“Your health plays an important part in IVF working.”
In addition, I am taking your questions and dive into endometriosis, supplements, and much more. There are so many questions and sometimes unknowns in the fertility world which is why I love to sit down and help you with a lot of the common questions that can arise when you are on this journey. From egg health to maintaining your ovulation levels after ovulation we are diving into so much rich content today. Let’s do this together!
“Our whole body is connected.”

“Fertility is fickle, there is nothing written in stone.”
Topics Discussed:
🦩Will cysts go away on their own?
🦩How birth control changes our hormones and fertility health.
🦩How your body needs to reset once getting off birth control.
🦩Dealing with stress and anxiety.
In today’s episode, I took your questions online and answered them so we cover a vast array of topics from ovarian cysts, to supplements, to eating healthy.
I know how overwhelming this journey can be but it is truly a matter of three main things, your diet, your lifestyle, and your mindset and I am here to provide you with simple steps you can take to improve each of those things.
“Focus on the things you can control.”
We are told so often that our one answer is just on the medical side, and while sometimes that can greatly help us, it’s often not enough. We have to be making steps in our own lifestyles, we have to take steps to a healthier version of ourselves.
I also dive into the effects of birth control, and how we need to detox from it, once we come off it and are ready to try to conceive. It can affect our hormones greatly and no two of us are the same when it comes to how exactly it affects us.
“Focus on your diet and lifestyle.”

Writing a Different Story When Dealing with the Grief of Infertility, Miscarriages, and Stillbirths
“When you’re going on this journey, you start to become very hyperaware that you can only control so much in your life, and you can’t control what happens in other people’s lives.”
Topics Discussed:
🦩 The unique experience of pregnancy.
🦩 How to create a positive story around difficult situations.
🦩 Find a modality to help you heal and improve your well-being.
🦩 How to deal with loss and grief.
What story are you creating around your infertility or loss of your baby? Are you blaming yourself, or are you choosing to see the positives no matter the outcome? The truth is, you don’t have control over what happens in your life, but you have control over how you choose to react to it.
In this episode of the Finding Fertility podcast, I share my personal experiences with grief and loss and emphasize the importance of creating a positive story around difficult situations. I also explain the importance of using modalities like emotional freedom tapping to release negative emotions attached to difficult memories and situations and create a more emotionally positive state.
Listen in to learn the importance of taking time to grieve your loss and rewrite your story from a negative to a positive one.
“The hard reality is that that human you’re growing inside of you is a completely different person.”

How to Release Emotions That May Be Contributing to Your Infertility with Lucie Lynch
“You can change the power and strength of your voice, but it’s much easier and less painful when we can first agree that the voice you’ve been given is perfect for now.”
Topics Discussed:
🦩 How to release emotions using your voice.
🦩 How to explore your reproductive system through singing.
🦩 Accept the power and strength of your voice as it is now.
🦩 The power of humming to release your stored trauma.
How do you release emotions that are stuck inside your body and soul? Whether you use it to sing or scream, your voice is a great outlet to release your positive and negative emotions to make room for a healthy you.
In this episode of the Finding Fertility podcast, I speak with Lucie Lynch, a Singer-Songwriter, Vocal Artist, Sound Healer, and Playwright with an angelic voice and a wry sense of humor. Her musical arts have all been described as "healing", "transformative" and "divine”.
Listen in to learn how to utilize the power of humming and singing to release your stored trauma and explore your reproductive system.
“There should be room for women in beautiful robes dancing and swooning in the moon sounding like sirens, but there should also be room for women screaming.”

“Diet is one of the hardest things to tackle next to mindset.”
Topics Discussed:
🦩Digging into food intolerance.
🦩The best tests for intolerances.
🦩Is water fasting good for us?
🦩Managing endometriosis.
In today’s episode, I am answering your questions on food intolerances and more. There are many different food intolerance tests and not all are created equal. I dive into what tests I recommend and think work the best.
Then once we get our test results where do we go from there? It can be overwhelming when you receive your results especially if there are a lot of intolerances that come back from your tests. But everything doesn’t have to be all at once.
We can make small steps towards changing our diet. Baby steps are okay.
Sometimes if we are intolerant to food it will flare right up and we will see external signs, but sometimes our intolerances are more hidden so we have to really take a deep look. Usually, we see the common inflammatory foods pop up on most tests, but we also see a lot of random foods pop up so it is always good to get thorough testing done.
“IVF is not a long-term solution to health.”
I also dive into questions about water fasting, getting the nutrients you need, folic acid, cycles, and much more. There is no one quick fix, but when we slowly begin to implement the different diet, lifestyle, and mental attributes we can make great strides.

🦩 Radical responsibility for childhood illnesses.
🦩 Impact of pregnancy on the mother's health.

“Start where you are at.”
Topics Discussed:
🦩Low sex drive
🦩Managing Stress
🦩Dealing with self-blame
🦩When to use supplements.
On today's episode of the Finding Fertility Podcast :: How to Get Your Partner to Take a Sperm Test
“There’s no past life putting this on you.”
When it comes to lifestyle changes we all can do things to improve it and improve our chances of fertility. Today I answer your questions and help deep dive into some common issues.
In this episode, I cover your partner’s low sex drive and how to approach your spouse so that they recognize their need to make lifestyle changes. There is no one size fits all to this but I walk you through some options.
“There’s nothing wrong with you.”
In addition, we talk about the importance of managing your stress levels and why this plays such a big role in your journey. Stress can often undo so much of our hard work, which is why we have to be sure and focus on it.
We also discuss supplements. We can often think that supplements are the end-all solution, but in truth, if our stress levels are high, if we are not changing the way we eat or our lifestyle and we are not figuring out what foods we are insensitive to, then we are ultimately spending a lot of money for nothing.
We will dive into the importance of starting small, and making simple lifestyle and eating changes to make lasting long term effects on your health.
“We have to take control of the emotions.”
