So I'm really passionate about sharing this message because a lot of the time autoimmune issues get linked to unexplained infertility, and people are told you can't do anything about it.
I'm here to tell you that it's complete BS, there is absolutely loads you can do about your autoimmune issue and improve your fertility all at the same time! You just have to find the root cause. A diagnosis and testing can help lead you down that path, but those are not set in stone!!

The FIRST thing I did was change one little word. IF turned into WHEN.
Instead of saying "IF I get pregnant."
I started to say "WHEN I get pregnant."
Now, this wasn't magic. I didn't magically get pregnant the next month, hell not even on the next IVF. But what it did do, was to give me the belief that I could do all the hard things to regain my fertility health. It gave me the belief that I could survive the fucking hard times that were still ahead of me.
It's the little things that add up. It's the little things that make all the difference.

YOU KNOW " just relax" is shit advice for anyone going through infertility. It’s not the RELAX part that’s annoying, because let’s face it, we all could do with relaxing more in our lives!
I love Marwa Ted talk explaining why we need to find ways to stay less stressed during infertility, because of the impact stress can have on our hormones. And we need these hormones at ALL stages of TTC and beyond.
