Not feeling worthy enough about becoming a mom, even though you desperately want it, can be having a real impact on your fertility health - mentally and physically. These feelings of inadequacy can lead you to do the things you know you shouldn’t - put down the f*cking cookie! ;)

HELLO BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! Firstly, sorry about the sound. Looks like Sarah's mic wasn't working correctly. Secondly, Welcome back to another episode of the Infertile Diagnosis. Today we're talking about dealing with the emotional BS that comes with infertility - to name a few:
Faking it. Fine, but Not.
Jealousy.
Isolation.
Anger.
Fear.
Guilt.
Just Fucking Over it.
There are so many different stages of emotions when you're going through infertility. Some consume you more than others. Mental health is key to keep your head above water when dealing with infertility.
Finding the right support system and tools won't magically get you pregnant. What it will help you to enjoy the life you're living, handle the hard times with a little more grace and give you the strength and confidence to stick with the hard diet and lifestyle changes you need to make.

HELLO, BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE! Welcome back to another episode of The Infertile Diagnosis | IVF Success and Failure
You're going to do IVF. It's simply going to work & you'll have a beautiful baby in nine months. But we all know it doesn't always work out like that! Sarah and I get raw and real about the ups and downs of IVF and how we handled our success and failures.
Even though we have completely different IVF journeys, we both remember the long early morning drives to the clinic, the drugs, the excitement, the worry, the waiting, the joy & the sadness. IVF can be an emotional rollercoaster & financially draining, but if you take control over your health before you do a round if IVF you can improve your chances and give you and your baby a happier and healthier first nine months together.

I always wonder if you didn't have your diagnosis of infertility would you think differently about what you could do and couldn't do. Would you feel like you wouldn't have the limits that your diagnosis have put on you?
I put this question to Sarah. Her infertility diagnosis of POF sent her down a quick narrow path. As my unexplained infertility allowed me to go down every single path available - still not sure if this was a good or bad thing!
But one thing for sure is that your infertility diagnosis does make you have to start looking at your life a little differently & you may even have to start reevaluating what motherhood looks like.

This is What Infertility Looks Like.
This is the INFERTILE US - Monica and Sarah. We are totally normal woman who got sick of being sick & infertile. This first episode we give you a short summary of our infertility stories.
Sarah and I both have long f*cked up infertility stories. They are very different, but yet the same. During and long after our infertility journeys, we both landed here - Hindsight is a b*tch.
We wouldn't go back and change anything & feel very lucky to both have two beautiful children. But we do want to offer our experiences and our knowledge, in hopes others will learn from our one BIG mistake of getting hung up on the infertile diagnosis. We didn't listen to our bodies when they were screaming at us & that caused us a heartache, time & money.
